Molly's Meal Plan - Day 8

Breakfast
1x Vanilla Optifast Shake

Lunch
1x Optifast Berry Crunch Bar
Salad - Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Radish

Dinner
Cauliflower Soup (2 bowls)
1x Optifast Chocolate Bar

Snacks
7 sugar free lollies

Vitamins
Centrum Advance

Drinks
2 litres of WATER
375ml Pepsi Max

I feel like I'm starting to get a hang of this. It's been a week... and I think I will be able to last the next couple of weeks.

I haven't heard from the bank about my loan yet, which is starting to stress mum out a little. I'm not too stressed yet, I plan to give them a call tomorrow and see how it's going.

I found a bike that I want! I don't think it's the right sort of bike for me (it's like a cross country mountain bike) but I love it, purely for the colours!
the Trek Superfly (even the name is pretty awesome) it's expensive... so I will probably never own one... and I'll probably find a different bike I love just as much.... but look at the colours! Beautiful!

Anyway... 24 days until my surgery... 25 days to lose about 8 kgs! I hope I can manage it!
