Molly's Meal Plan - Day 7

Breakfast

Salad - Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Radish

Spaghetti Squash Pesto with Chicken and Capsicum
1x Optifast Caramel Shake

2 litres of WATER
375ml Pepsi Max

I'm so excited about losing weight and buying a bike! 
I'm watching The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and have the worst case of Wanderlust... again!
When I lose weight, I'm hoping that I will be confident and go and explore the world!

Tomorrow is week one done! I will weigh myself first thing in the morning and then we will see how well this diet is going!
