Molly's Meal Plan - Day 9

Breakfast
1x Optifast Berry Crunch Bar

Lunch
1x Optifast Chocolate Bar
Cauliflower Soup

Dinner
Rissoles and vegetables
1x Optifast Banana Shake

Snacks
5 sugar free lollies

Vitamins
Centrum Advance

Drinks
2 litres of WATER
375ml Pepsi Max

I keep forgetting to weigh myself in the morning.
I'm also struggling to drink 2 litres of water a day!

At work, they're trying to get uniforms. The committee are willing to pay for 2 shirts each, but if I'm going to loose all this weight, it's going to be a waste of money... and the shirts are like $80 each... so I don't want to have to replace them later out of my own pocket! Hmmm... I don't really know what is going to happen, some staff members don't want uniforms... I'm not too fussed... but I would prefer not. I would be happy with a jacket, but thats about it!

I took some "fat photos" on the weekend. So I can compare later.

Anyway, thanks for reading :) if you have any tips to help me drink more water, it would be much appreciated :)
