Molly's Meal Plan - Day 3

Breakfast
1x Vanilla Optifast Shake

Lunch
Broccoli, Cauliflower & Leek Soup
120g cooked chicken
1x Vanilla Optifast Shake

Dinner
95g canned tuna
Salad - Lettuce, Carrot, Red Onion, Capsicum
1x Vanilla Optifast Shake

Snacks
none today!

Vitamins
Centrum Advance

Drinks
2 litres of WATER
375ml Pepsi Max

Really craving Hungry Jacks Whopper today!
I went over my 100g lean meat quota! but I guess it could be worse!
No snacks today... so over carrot sticks!
Weighed myself this morning. I was 151.3kg on Monday morning... this morning I was 148.3kg... thats 3 kg is 2 days! Wowwowweewah!

My salad was really yummy for dinner tonight, so I will make one for lunch tomorrow.
Alex is going to make me pasta free, cheese free lasagna on the weekend. I'm quite excited.
Tomorrow I will buy some different flavoured shakes, and hopefully some bars.
