Molly's Meal Plan - Day 2

Breakfast
1x Vanilla Optifast Shake

Lunch
1x Optifast Chicken Soup (yuck!)

Dinner
100g Lean Chicken (basil & lemon)
Roast vegetables - Carrot, Cabbage, Cauliflower
1x Vanilla Optifast Shake

Snacks
Carrot Sticks

Vitamins
Centrum Advance
Cold Combat

Drinks
2 litres of WATER

It's hard! So very hard! I didn't think that it would be so hard to do!
Yesterday, after my first day, I had a breakdown! I cried and cried... then I was exhausted so I went to bed at 9pm!
I dreamt about vegetables! Giant purple radishes! Long story!
Also, today at work a parent bought us pastries, because he picks up his son late... andI couldn't have one.... and we had cupcakes because it was a childs' birthday... and I couldn't have one! I'm very proud of myself for saying no... but :'(
