Molly's Meal Plan - Day 5

Breakfast
1x Chocolate Optifast Bar

Lunch
1x Optifast Berry Crunch Bar

Dinner
95g canned tuna
Salad - Lettuce, Carrot, Red Onion, Capsicum
1x Strawberry Optifast Shake

Snacks
3 sugar free lollies

Vitamins
Centrum Advance

Drinks
2 litres of WATER
375ml Pepsi Max


I didn't feel very hungry at all today.

I had the worst stomach cramps and grumbly gut this morning, but after going to the toilet I was fine...

I'm so glad it's the weekend!
